Ron Milback is a Baldwinsville, NY native and the Managing Principal of Foundation Homes of CNY, where he leads a design-build approach that strengthens Central New York’s housing market. With an MBA and a background in marketing, Ron brings strategic insight and hands-on leadership to align each project with market demand, quality standards, and community needs.
In addition to his education, Ron holds OSHA certifications (including jobsite safety and soil mechanics), Stormwater Inspector credentials to support erosion control and compliance, and the NAHB Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation, bringing energy-smart, resource-efficient building practices to every home.
Ron is also committed to local community initiatives. He serves on the Housing Task Force with CenterState CEO, supporting housing policy and regional planning efforts. He has also served on the boards of the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation and the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund of CNY and chaired the New Building Committee for the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County.

With a background in Biology and Chemistry, and experience as a Division One lacrosse player, Christie brings a unique blend of discipline and team spirit to her role. She oversees billing, payroll, and financing, ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. Her analytical skills and commitment to excellence support the firm’s mission to deliver high-quality residential development and services.
Christie also holds a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Beyond her administrative responsibilities, she manages inventory control, accounting procedures, and task delegation, supporting project management efforts. She actively engages with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to promote innovative design solutions. Alongside her husband Ron, Christie is also involved in community initiatives, serving on the Board of Directors for the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation, reflecting her dedication to community engagement and philanthropy.

A native of Manlius, New York, currently resides in Camillus and brings over 45 years of experience in residential development. As the Senior Construction Estimator at Foundation Homes of CNY LLC, Ron utilizes his extensive knowledge in construction management, project proposals, and building design to lead and supervise teams effectively.
In his role, Ron develops detailed cost estimates, analyzes project specifications, and coordinates with subcontractors to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule. His hands-on approach, honed from years of practical experience and education in Construction Management, fosters a culture of independence, growth, and quality within the company.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, Penny, and their grandchildren. He is also dedicated to volunteering for cancer research charities and participates actively in the regional political scene.

Bryan Eldridge

Bryan Eldridge serves as a Junior Construction Project Manager at Foundation Homes of CNY LLC. He earned his Associate Degree in Applied Science (AAS) with a major in Fire Protection and brings over 18 years of experience in the building science field, honed through his career as a professional firefighter.
In his role, Bryan is responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. His duties include managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring budgetary constraints. Bryan also conducts site inspections to assess progress and quality, ensuring that projects align with design specifications and timelines.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys. He is passionate about golf, hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.

Consultation Appointment
Call us at 315-708-9110 to book your consultation or schedule an appointment online. Discuss your needs and establish a realistic budget with one of our New Construction Sales Specialists.

Pre-Plan
Discuss what you are looking for in a new home and home site, in one of our developments or on your own lot. You can select from one of our floor plans or design a completely custom floor plan with our architect. Any of our floorplans can be modified. Pricing proposals will be supplied and reviewed.

Contract
Once you've decided that Foundation Homes of CNY is the right choice, we'll solidify this with a contract. At contract signing, we sign all necessary documentation and put your deposit down, typically 10% of the total price. Please notify your attorney prior to and after our meeting for contract review and approval.

Lending
Apply for your construction draw loan with one of our preferred lenders. Options include conventional loans, VA loans, and other financing types. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our unique builder financing program to fund your construction.

Construction Selections
Select colors and finishes for your new home. For inspiration, many clients find resources on Pinterest, HGTV, or Instagram, or use our designer. This part can be overwhelming, but our team at Foundation Homes of CNY is here to help!

Pre-Construction Meeting
Meet your project manager before construction starts to review all selections and discuss what to expect during the process. This meeting helps minimize delays and ensures your dream home comes to life as smoothly as possible. We will also introduce you to the Buildertrend portal at this point.

Construction
As we are building, we invite you to be involved throughout the entire process. You will receive regular updates on Buildertrend from our project managers and we encourage you to attend progress meetings and site visits. For safety reasons, please refrain from visiting job sites during working hours.

Completion & Final Walk Through
Once the house is complete and the Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, we will schedule a final walk through to review all completed work and ensure your satisfaction.

HBR Warranty
We are a member in good standing with the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of CNY and our homes meet and exceed guidelines for performance. In the event you have an issue with an item in your home, referring to our warranty program can be very helpful for tips and suggestions. We strive to make you happy during, throughout, and after the build of your house.
